Red Cave Restaurant

Red Cave offers a wide range of dishes: you can find a variety of mezze (Arabic appetizers), soups, grills and also Bedouine specialities such as the Gallayah. They also serve the delicious Makloubah which is a traditional Middle Eastern dish and literally means ‘upside-down’, it consists of rice, fried vegetables and meat and it’s cooked in a pot which is flipped upside-down before it is served (hence its name!). Food is offered as a buffet and diners have the option to help-themselves to what they most desire. They also organize ‘a la carte’ buffets if requested one day in advance.

We personally believe the food is delicious, the place is gorgeous and cosy and the staff are very friendly. However, truth must be said, there seem to be a variety of reviews and opinions about it: it is one of those love or hate places!
